Cousin update 7/27

I went to see her yesterday. She was awake and talking, praise the Lord! They took the tube out and had her sitting in a chair beside her bed Saturday night. She just keeps getting better and better. She's not out of the woods yet, we're awaiting an echocardiogram to see the true condition of her heart. They are expecting a certain degree of damage to her heart.

I am SO thankful the Lord had His hand in all of this. She was supposed to go in second Friday morning, at 6:30 thereabouts. The first patient's doctor was running late, so they took her early. It was only a few minutes into her procedure when she had the heartattack. Because of the abnormal circumstances in the lab, a lot more people were available to work on her during her heartattack, including another cousin of mine on my dad's side of the family. She had already seen Tree before she went into her procedure. She said there were about 20 people helping. She was able to sit with Tree and talk to her through everything that was happening.

Only God could make that happen.
