I thought it was Jesus

Last night coming home from church I had an unexpected suprise. I was coming down the highway, having just went under a bridge / exit, looking forward to see the sky literally LIGHT UP- orange. It was a dark, rainy, cloudy night, and the sky just BOOM! light up "just like that". My first thought was it was Jesus coming back for the rapture, seriously! It happened, I gasped, and when I went to exhale I knew it wasn't Jesus cause if it was, I would have been in the air by then ('in the twinkling of an eye"), and I looked over my right shoulder to see this HUGE wave of flames over the treetops. I just knew the restaurant there had blown up. I immediately started praying no one was around the explosion, and couldn't help but look up at the orange glaring sky.

I got home and was going to grab Jay and the kids and go back to see what really happened. Usually when I go out, the kids are still up and kicking when I get home even though they have a 9pm bedtime ;) Would you believe the kids were in bed at 9:10? I told Jay what happened and we decided to get them up (they weren't asleep by any stretch of the imagination) and ride back up there. Apparently the firefighters were doing some sort of test of something, because there were a BUNCH of firetrucks around tha area, and the parking lot was roped off. There was no fire, but a lot of firefighters standing around the area. WHEW! That was something else, what a sight.

Exodus 24
16And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

17And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.

18And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.
