I found a post of Stephanie's about the cooking-with-dried vs. cooking-with-canned-beans debate. I personally have found the dried beans in the crockpot thing to be great. It saves you money and gives you more options for meals since beans covers a wide variety of dishes, am I not right? Last night we had Stephanie's (black) beans and rice, it was great!
Wouldn't you know, Stephanie from Keeper of the Home posted about this very thing, and mentioned a BROWNIE made with black beans?! Seriously! It's the neatest looking blog to, and it says "... most recipes here are gluten-free, many are dairy-free, and almost all are suitable for hypoglycemics and diabetics.", which is great!!
