My mini schnauzer has had some rough breath for a while. I knew his teeth were weak, but the other day the smell was just RANK. I looked in his mouth and sure enough, he had a tooth absessed. So dh took him to the vet today and he had surgery. Yes, surgery. He lost 12 teeth, has seven left. I feel fortunate, really, it could have been worse! He is feeling MUCH better, but dh said they gave him a shot for pain before he brought him home this evening. Right now he's sleeping.
We had the Memorial service for BIL this past Sunday. It was a very nice service. Everyone come here afterwards. Yes, here. At our new house (howbeit renting, we just moved over Christmas!). It's very clean ;o) Hopefully we can keep it this way (haha). While oragnizing everything I realized we had a TON of laundry that was backed up in the bedroom. So the kids and I will be hitting the laundromat tomorrow.
Which, bums me out. I want to spend an entire evening making siggies, tags, and other misc graphics. I don't have enough time now for my email groups for graphics! When will things settle down for us? When will we find a "new normal"?
